Cellfectin® II Reagent 是一種陽離子脂質(zhì)體試劑，設(shè)計用于實現(xiàn)昆蟲細(xì)胞的最佳轉(zhuǎn)染 Cellfectin® II 在早期產(chǎn)品 Cellfectin® Reagent 的基礎(chǔ)上有所改進(jìn)。 在保持 Cellfectin® 優(yōu)良性能的同時，Cellfectin® II 從制造過程中確保了批次間的一致性并提供更快的方案。 Cellfectin® II Reagent 可穩(wěn)定高效地轉(zhuǎn)染 Sf9、Sf21 細(xì)胞，使用 BaculoDirect™ 和 InsectSelect™ 表達(dá)系統(tǒng)時，還可轉(zhuǎn)染 High Five™ 細(xì)胞。 Cellfectin® II Reagent 還可用于在含血清或無血清培養(yǎng)基中轉(zhuǎn)染貼壁或懸浮哺乳動物細(xì)胞。
