■Pre-packed, disposable columns efficiently remove small (<500 bp) cDNAs-including residual adapters, linkers, or other fragments that could interfere with ligation of cDNA to the vector
■Columns size-fractionate cDNA >500 bp
Performance and Quality Testing: Wash time, drop volume during elution of fragments, and the ability to clearly and cleanly separate a mixture of dyes, including xylene cyanol and bromophenol blue, are evaluated.
