2.0版5´ RACE系統(tǒng)適用于cDNA末端的快速擴增 (RACE) (1) 及mRNA中確定點和5´ 末端之間的錨式PCR (2)。該系統(tǒng)可用于擴增序列信息較少的罕見mRNA，且可用于捕獲mRNA的5´ 末端信息 (3,4)。5´ RACE系統(tǒng)：

■在一個反應中，利用至多1 µg的總RNA或poly(A)+ RNA制備特定的cDNA
■提供更完善的第一鏈cDNA純化步驟，獲得適合加尾的cDNA
■在與PCR相容的緩沖液中，以優(yōu)化的反應條件使用重組TdT，為PCR提供高效的引物退火位點 (圖1)

The 5´ RACE System is supplied with the components listed in Table 1. Store the reagents at -20°C and the DNA purification components at +4°C. All reagents guaranteed stable for 6 months when properly stored.
