Quality
Lithium salt solutions of deoxynucleotides from Roche Applied Science are specially manufactured. Each preparation is guaranteed to meet the following specifications:
Typical analysis:  Preparation contains at least 98% of the relevant deoxynucleoside-triphosphate (dNTP) and less than 2% deoxynucleoside diphosphate (dNDP) and deoxynucleoside monophosphate (dNMP) (HPLC analysis).
Lack of contaminants: Due to the manufacturing process, deoxynucleotides are free of dNTPs with modified bases, as well as tetra- and pyrophosphate contamination.
