LPS-PG Ultrapure
Ultrapure LPS from P. gingivalis
Recognition of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Porphyromonas gingivalis, a Gram-negative bacterium, is mediated by TLR2 and CD14, and unlike enteric LPS, is able to induce a septic shock in C3H/HeJ mice which are deficient for TLR4 and hyporesponsive to E. coli LPS. This property is attributed mainly to the unique lipid A motif of LPS-PG.
Specificity: TLR2 agonist
Working concentration: 10 ng - 10 μg/ml
Endotoxin level: >104 EU/mg |
