說明: (DEPC）是RNA酶的化學(xué)修飾劑,它和RNA酶的活性基團(tuán)組氨酸的咪唑環(huán)反應(yīng)而抑制酶活性。DEPC與氨水溶液混合會(huì)產(chǎn)生致癌物,因而使用時(shí)需小心。DEPC能與胺和巰基反應(yīng),因而含Tris和DTT的試劑不能用DEPC處理。
