用途：抗菌作用與青霉素G、紅霉素相似，主要抗革蘭氏陽性菌，金葡菌的最小抑菌度MIC一般為1～4μg/ml，對耐青霉素的金葡菌或對其他抗生素已產生耐藥性的菌株依舊敏感。對革蘭氏陰性菌除嗜血桿菌外，大都不敏感，對立克次體、真菌、病毒無效。
