使用:
　　●液體Zeocin可用于細胞培養(yǎng)。
　　●用于篩選轉(zhuǎn)化株的Zeocin濃度根據(jù)pH值和鹽濃度改變。
　　●pH越高，鹽濃度越低Zeocin活性越大。
　　●普通大腸桿菌菌株篩選可在25＆micro；g／ml zeocin濃度的低鹽LB瓊脂培養(yǎng)基中進行，pH調(diào)至7.5。
　　●酵母篩選：取決于種屬和培養(yǎng)基，S。cerevisiae Sh ble轉(zhuǎn)化株在50＆micro；g／ml濃度的YPD培養(yǎng)基中篩選，pH7.0.304015.
    ●動物細胞篩選：根據(jù)不同細胞系從100到750＆micro；g／ml。
　　●植物細胞篩選：根據(jù)不同的細胞種類和培養(yǎng)基從50到250＆micro；g／ml�！　�

Zeocin™ Selection Reagent
Description
Zeocin™ Reagent is a member of the bleomycin antibiotic family. Resistance is conferred by the Sh ble gene which encodes a 13,665 dalton protein. In cells expressing the protein, Zeocin™ is prevented from binding and cleaving the cellular DNA. Zeocin™ is effective on most aerobic cells and can be used for selection in mammalian and insect cell lines, yeast, and bacteria. The amount of Zeocin™ required for selection will vary between 50-2000 ug/ml (typically 300 ug/ml) depending on the cell type.
