用途：本品是從頭狀鏈霉菌培養(yǎng)液中分離提取的一種廣譜抗腫瘤抗生素，對(duì)多種癌癥有抗癌作用，其作用原理可使細(xì)胞的DNA解聚，同時(shí)阻礙DNA的復(fù)制，從而抑制腫瘤細(xì)胞分裂。本品為細(xì)胞周期非特異性藥物，其抗腫瘤譜較廣，作用迅速，但治療指數(shù)不高，毒性較大。臨床適用于消化道癌，如胃癌、腸癌、肝癌及胰腺癌等，療效較好。對(duì)肺癌、乳腺癌、宮頸癌及絨毛膜上皮癌等也有效。還可用于惡性淋巴瘤、癌性胸腹腔積液。
