RNA, DNA and protein from a single sample
TriPure Isolation Reagent can prepare total RNA, genomic DNA, and protein from a single biological sample. After purification:
•The DNA-free total RNA is suitable for northern blotting, in vitro translation, RNase protection assay, cDNA synthesis, or RT-PCR.
•The RNA-free DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction digests, Southern blotting, or cloning.
•The denatured protein is suitable for SDS-PAGE and western blotting.
