說明:透明質(zhì)酸酶(hyaluronidase,HAase)是能使透明質(zhì)酸產(chǎn)生低分子化作用酶的總稱,一種能夠降低體內(nèi)透明質(zhì)酸的活性,從而提高組織中液體滲透能力的酶。
用途:為一種能水解透明質(zhì)酸的酶(透明質(zhì)酸為組織基質(zhì)中具有限制水分及其它細(xì)胞外物質(zhì)擴(kuò)散作用的成分),用于人體能暫時(shí)降低細(xì)胞間質(zhì)的粘性,可促使皮下輸液、局部積貯的滲出液或血液加快擴(kuò)散而利于吸收,為一種重要的藥物擴(kuò)散劑。臨床用作藥物滲透劑,促進(jìn)藥物的吸收,促進(jìn)手術(shù)及創(chuàng)傷后局部水腫或血腫消散。
