檢測(cè)原理：
通過(guò)DNA 片段末端標(biāo)記（Fragment End Labeling, FragELTM）檢測(cè)凋亡細(xì)胞的DNA 片段。細(xì)胞凋亡中,
染色體DNA 雙鏈斷裂或單鏈斷裂而產(chǎn)生大量的粘性3'-OH 末端，可在脫氧核糖核苷酸末端轉(zhuǎn)移酶
（TdT）的作用下，將生物素標(biāo)記和未標(biāo)記的脫氧核糖核苷酸標(biāo)記到DNA 的3'-末端，生物素標(biāo)記的脫
氧核糖核酸可以通過(guò)Streptavidin-HRP 進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，通過(guò)DAB 顯色，從而檢測(cè)到凋亡細(xì)胞DNA 片段。由
于正常的或正在增殖的細(xì)胞幾乎沒(méi)有DNA 的斷裂，因而沒(méi)有3'-OH 形成，很少能夠被染色。以甲基綠
復(fù)染，便于從形態(tài)學(xué)上分辨評(píng)估正常細(xì)胞和凋亡細(xì)胞。
